I'm a mature student male (23) going into my 3rd year at MMU in September, and I'm currently looking for a flatmate to share my flat with.
It's a large double bedroom with a shared living room and kitchen, and you would have the main bathroom to yourself. The flat is located next to China Town/St Peter's Square
The rent includes Wi-Fi and water. I don't want to pay Council tax so prefer a fellow student to share with. Electricity not included. (Electric averages about £60 per month per person)
