The house is just in front of Whitworth Park , on oxford road and

The house is 2 min walk from Manchester University, it is also quite close to Manchester city centre , Manchester university and The Manchester royal infirmary hospital

There is also the whit worth museum and art gallery just around the corner. And though its appears to be a very busy area the house itself is in a quiet area with the huge whitworth park right at its door step.
