Great living experience! I am looking to sublet my room at Nick Everton House (Grafton Street Student Accommodation).

The rental period is from end of March, 2024 to August 17th, 2024, but the rental period could be extend to Aug 2025 if needed (The price of 2024.9-2025.8 follows official website).

The price is £133 per week, including bills, with no deposit required. If the rental period is suitable, the price can be further negotiated.

The student apartment is located in the South Campus of Manchester University, with the postcode M139LR. It is only a 5-minute walk to Yong Xing Long Chinese supermarket, Morrison, Sainsbury's, McDonald's, Red Chilli restaurant, and Polygon restaurant. It is also an 8-minute walk to the main library of Manchester University, within 5 minutes walk to Medical school, nanotech school, language, material, mathematics and physics school and MECD.

The apartment has two bedrooms, one living room, and one bathroom. I am subletting a single bedroom, which is equipped with a single bed, a large desk, a wardrobe, and a desk lamp.

The flat has shared facilities, including a kitchen and a bathroom, which will be shared with one female Uom student. Each flat is equipped with an iron and a vacuum cleaner. The front desk of the apartment can collect parcels, and you can pick them up 24/7. There is also a public laundry room available.

The apartment has 24-hour security guards, and all people live here are students. Two security access are required to enter the apartment, making it very safe.

I can also provide various living essentials, including kitchen utensils, seasonings, cloth hangers ,pillows, quilt and so on.

The facilities in the flat are in good condition, there is no subletting fee, and there is no council tax. Subletting through the procedure of this student apartment.
