Hi everyone,

I’m Jareth (my friends call me Nyko)! My current housemate Leo has had a change with work circumstances, as such, we’re looking to find someone else to take over his tenancy from 29 July 2024.

What’s included

The apartment is on the 24th floor in the Anaconda Cut building
.
The room available is the smaller bedroom of the apartment, with it you also get the main bathroom in the apartment to yourself. Please see the attached photos for more (the videos can't be uploaded but please feel free to request them for the video of the bedroom and bathroom).

We’ve been living together for the last 2 years at the apartment, and it’s been great. The concierge team are amazing, we’ve had no issues at all with deliveries and if anything has come up as an issue, they’ve managed to get it fixed normally within the day reported.

Included in the rent package is: Hyper Optic Wi-Fi 200mbs, Pet Friendly access, Cinema Room, Gym, Sky Lounge, and I don’t know how it is in English but like a balcony outside to relax at. There’s also a nice lounge area above the ground floor to work from too. You can get secure parking in the building (I think it’s £75 a month but I’m not sure as we never needed it, we can get this clarified for you if you want to know).

About Myself:

I’m 25 years old in July, currently working between 10-12 hours a day now all week with my main job and side business with my friend, so I’m not around too much. Most of the time you should have most of the apartment to yourself. Additionally, I’m a quiet person and a bit of an introvert, so there’s never an issue with noise. Sometimes I’m up quite late in the early hours due to work, but that’s mostly it. I like to keep things nice and tidy, so more than happy to split tidying stuff up, or just keeping on top of things.

I love football, going to the movies, cooking and wine, video games, formula one and the gym, if anyone has similar hobbies then cool, if not would be awesome to learn something new if you wanted to share!

Location and Distances

• Located in the M3 area near the city centre (Greengate), it’s about a 5-10-minute walk to Exchange Square tram station.
• 15-minute walk to Victoria Station
• 25-minute walk to Piccadilly Station and Oxford Station.
• Nearest big supermarket is either Aldi in the city centre, or Lidl which is about a 15-minute walk, there’s a Sainsbury Local 5 minutes away as well.

Please be aware that the following criteria needs to be met:

• Minimum annual salary of £23,100.00
• Initial security deposit payment of £807.69
• On a permanent contract if employed by a company
• Passport with your current name
• No adverse credit including CCJ’s, Bankruptcy/IVAs
• Must have right to rent documents
