Hello guys! I am renting out my en-suite room for two months from June 17 to 29 July. It is in an excellent location in Manchester, 1 minute from the bus stop to the city centre (takes about 17mins) and 20 mins walk to the Piccadilly train Station. The rent is only £428 per month, not including electricity, water and WiFi bills. (Normally this adds up to £100 more). My room is on the top floor. There are three toilets in the house. One bathroom in my room and on the top floor, one toilet downstairs. You will be living with three people in the house. They are all working (2M and 1F) and are 25. Inbox me if you are interested ☺️
