I will be moving out of my student accommodation once my course has finished and am looking for someone to take over my tenancy from 16th May to 29th August 2026. (There may be some flexibility with the start date and I could move out a little earlier).
YOU MUST BE A STUDENT WITH A VALID STUDENT ID.
The cost is £345 per week and includes all utility bills, contents insurance and broadband (as a student you will be exempt from Council Tax).
The room is a classic studio on the 4th floor. It is very spacious (approx. 30m square) with a double bed, 2 wardrobes with hanging rail and shelf, sofa, desk with drawers, desk chair and plenty of storage. There is a kitchen with breakfast bar, 2 stools, fridge/freezer, electric hob/oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, ironing board/iron, mop/bucket and hoover. The ensuite has a shower, WC and sink.
The accommodation has 24/7 security and CCTV with on-site customer services/maintenance, and there is a common room, gym and laundry room.
Piccadilly Station is a 5 minute walk and UoM/MMU are a 15 minute walk.
The tenancy is for one person only even though it is a large studio with a double bed. The contract will be with Unite Student. You must meet their requirements in order to enter into a new tenancy agreement.
