✨ Sun-soaked en suite room in a stunning 27th-floor flat, just two minutes' walk from Spinning Fields, Salford Central, and the local bus stop 🚇 The connectivity is genuinely brilliant! Tesco and Caffè Nero are right downstairs, and the building has its own café where residents get discounts. There's also a gym, a co-working space, and even a home cinema. The 24/7 concierge team on reception are really helpful with everything, and the building is pet friendly too 🐾

The room is furnished with a bed and mattress, two bedside tables, and a wardrobe. Because it's on the 27th floor, you get gorgeous sunsets and views! The flat has loads of storage, including full-size cupboards in the living areas and kitchen, on top of your own room and bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washer-dryer, oven, and microwave. The two bedrooms are on opposite sides of the flat, so everyone gets their own space and privacy.

A bit about me: I'm 24, a working professional, and I love exploring the city. I have (just 90 👀) spots saved on Google Maps that I'm determined to try. I love new restaurants, bars, the odd pottery class or bake-off, long walks, and good coffee! That said, I'm just as happy having a lazy Sunday in, ordering food and binge-watching something on the sofa 🍷

I'm looking for someone aged roughly 20 to 28, though that's flexible. I'd prefer a working professional, but students are absolutely welcome too.

The one thing that really matters to me is tidiness; I'd love to live with someone clean and considerate who respects shared space. That's honestly the main thing I'm after ✨
