I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy in a cute two bedroom house a 15 min walk from Manchester City Centre.

You’d be sharing with my boyfriend, who is staying in Manchester while I move to London for my dream job. I’d be up every few weeks to visit for the weekend, but that’s about it!

Bills of the property come to around £200, making overall rent + bills around £800.

The property has parking around the court, is close to a Lidl + Nisa, is close to a pharmacy.

Manchester Arndale 🛍️ is a 15 minute walk
Salford University 🎓 is a 10 minute walk

Transport wise, Salford Crescent 🚈 is a 10 minute walk and Manchester Victoria is a 15 minute walk, and your closest Tram Stop.

You’d need to be able to pass a reference check with our current estate agent, Leaders, as I would be passing the tenancy onto you.
