I really have to specify we’re really clean and tidy! a negligent person won’t be tolerated I’m so sorry but cleanliness is next to Godliness right and it makes everyone feels great.

We are 2 living in this flat, my other roommate is 23 nationality British, we’re really keen on socialising so you won’t feel left out at all or like a complete stranger but it’s okay to sometimes have a "me time” nothing wrong with that we all do understand.
I’m bilingual I do speak French fluently as well if that can help in any way and a bit of Spanish too
By the way, the balcony is pretty cool to chill together or with friends. To have some drinks, watching smth or for those that smoke no need to go outside
