All bills included EXCEPT council tax! Band A. Between 3 people £45 roughly each per month, between 2 its roughly £70. Netflix included on huge TV
Kitchen comes with literally everything from cutlery, plates, air fryer, mugs, glasses, baking bowls etc so you can genuinly move in with just your clothes and personal belongings.
Super close to central, 20 min walk to picadilly station, 15 minute walk to the university, 10 min walk to the hospital. Opposite is mcdonalds and a post office with 2 charity shops, nisa local, subway, pharmacy and takeaway spots super close by.
