I’m looking for someone to take over my room in a spacious two-bedroom flat, located around a 15-minute walk from Manchester city centre.

The bedroom is very large with plenty of space, and the flat has a spacious, comfortable shared living area. The bathroom is shared between the two bedrooms. You’ll be sharing the flat with a female flatmate who is friendly and respectful.

Bills are approximately £150 per person per month, in addition to the rent.

Ideally looking for someone who is clean, respectful, friendly and easy-going and will help keep the shared areas tidy. It’s a comfortable and relaxed flat in a convenient location with easy access to the city centre.
