I'll be moving out of this lovely flat at the end of August and looking for someone who wants to take the room. Comes with an ensuite shower and toilet, some shelves and furniture in the room, including a king-size bed with more storage underneath.
The apartment, which I have lived in for 1 year, is in New Islington, a 1-minute walk to the tram stop and a 10-minute walk into Ancoats/town. The room also comes with parking.
It's the top floor and the landlord has recently replaced everything in the shared spaces with a new kitchen, breakfast bar, integrated appliances and new flooring.
Bills are separate and are around £135 per month extra, covering electricity, water, council tax & Hyperoptic broadband (1GB).
