My current flatmate is moving out at the beginning of july and I am looking for someone to replace him.

Looking for a chill, clean and friendly roommate. I work from home but I am usually very busy or away so the flat is very quiet and clean. No parties allowed, pets are fine as long as we speak with the landlord

The bedroom pictures are slightly different from the actual bedroom as I do not have access to his room atm but it's got the same furniture/ double bed.

My average bills with a flatmate are around 200-250£ per person
