I am looking for someone to move in to my spare room as my current housemate has moved out to buy their own place.

The apartment is a short 10-minute walk to Spinningfields and Deansgate, the flat is in a great location near to JD Gym, Sainsburys and a short walk from Cornbrook tram stop. There is on street parking 10 mins walk away.

£650p/m includes rent, electricity, water, council tax, tv license and internet. The room is furnished with a wardrobe, bed, 2 bedside tables and you will have your own bathroom the majority of the time.

Looking for people who are clean and easy going. I am looking for someone who does not need to work from home.

I’m an Environmental Scientist by profession and very outdoorsy I love running, bouldering, hiking etc.
