Looking for someone to take over the tenancy for my double room with an en-suite and parking included at no extra charge.

The building has a Gym, Sauna and Steam room, Cinema Room and is a 12 minute walk from Deansgate and Spinningfields.

You’d be living with Reuben who’s a good guy, clean, friendly he is 23 and a paralegal working in town.

You would be taking over from the 15th September officially when the first rent payment is due, I’m flexible with my move out after September if you need to be in a bit sooner

The Monthly rent is 1380 so your share would be £690 a month, a 5 weeks deposit would be needed so £796.16 for your 50% share
