Hey guys 😊. I’ve found a modern furnished 2 bed apartment in Salford and I’m looking for someone to take the second room.

Ideally the person should be a clean, respectful and easy going flatmate. The apartment is modern, spacious and in a great location with excellent transport links. Its about 23 minutes from the bus stop to the city centre.

Estimated monthly costs per person:

* Rent: £787.50
* Estimated bills: ~£289 pp, including council tax, electricity, water and internet.

Estimated total per person: £1,076.50 per month.

I’ve spoken to someone who lives in the building to get a realistic estimate of the monthly bills, so these figures should be a good guide.

A little about me:

I work full time and enjoy going to the gym. When I’m not at the gym or at work, I like to relax at home and watch a show (hopefully we can binge watch together🫶). I’m a social drinker, so drinking is only an occasional thing for me. I’m still fairly new to Manchester and exploring the city, so I’d be happy to hang out every now and then too.
