Hi all! I am looking to rent out a double room in a spacious and quiet corner of the Northern Quarter. The apartment was converted from an old mill back in 2006 and has been well looked after ever since.
In all, the apartment has two double bedrooms, with large in-built wardrobe space. The hallway connects these to a large storage space, as well as a newly-fitted bathroom and a newly-fitted, open-plan kitchen and lounge area. The place has tonnes of character and is very well built, with noise from other flats made minimal by the quality of the construction.
The room is available from Early August and comes with all bills included.
A bit about me - I'm Jack, I moved to Manchester in two years ago, but have worked here for over five years after graduating from university. I love music, gaming and sport as well as (attempting to) keep in shape at the gym. I enjoy a quiet night in as much as a late night in NQ and am looking for someone who is chilled out, friendly and up for some evenings out in the city :D
I work in professional services, so typically work from the apartment two days a week and the office three days a week, but I'm more than happy to flex this to suit you :) I also travel pretty regularly with work, so there will be times where you have the flat to yourself some weeks!
