We’re looking for a female student to take over the tenancy for a spacious double room in our lovely all-girls student house in Fallowfield. The house is in a great spot – about a 10-minute walk to Sainsbury’s and close to bus routes into uni and the city.
You’ll be living with a friendly and sociable group of girls who enjoy hanging out together, watching good TV, and keeping the place clean and comfortable. It’s a relaxed, welcoming home where everyone gets on well.
The house has a shared bathroom, a cosy living room, and a well-equipped kitchen. The room available is a generous double with plenty of space for studying and chilling out.
The girls are looking for someone who’s clean, considerate, and happy to join in with the occasional movie night or chill evening – but also respects everyone’s space when needed.
This is not a sublet – you’ll be added to the tenancy agreement, which runs until July 2026, with the option to renew.
