My current flatmate will be moving with her boyfriend but I’m hoping to renew the tenancy here for another year.

The flat is in a perfect location, 5 mins away from Deansgate Metrolink and close to a great gym, lots of shops , bars etc.

Rent (EACH): £675 and around £185 for all bills including council tax.
(Water is seperate and comes out quarterly)
Deposit details TBC but a deposit will have to be paid.

Looking for someone likeminded : clean, tidy and respectful of a shared space. Someone who I can be friends with, go out for drinks, dinner and sweet treats/ coffee dates, whilst also being respectful of our own downtime and space xx

My boyfriend comes to stay sometimes so preferably someone who is in a relationship themselves or would be okay with this.
