my housemates and i are urgently looking for a clean, chill and friendly person to join our 4-bed student house in withington due to our other housemate looking to move out.

the house itself is quite lovely and in good shape. there’s a front garden, and a large back garden. the room itself is spacious, comes furnished, and is located on the top floor of the property. the bathroom is shared but the shower and toilet come separately. rent is £715 pw, which works out to £178ish roughly pw (this is bills incl)! referencing may be needed by the letting agency and a guarantor is required.

we’re also near a lot of amenities! ladybarn village is a 7 minute walk away, wilmslow road (and the bus stops) is a 10 minute walk, and maudelth train station is a 14 minute walk.

we’re a very friendly, respectful, and clean group who love a cosy night in or a night out/house party every once in a while! we’re also an all women household, all going into our 3rd of uni at mmu, and are lgbtq+ friendly!
