Hi, I'm moving out in May to go travelling and looking for a new housemate to replace me.

The room is on the top floor and has a double bed, wardrobe, 2 sets of drawers and a desk if required.
We live in a furnished 4 bedroom Townhouse on a quiet road in Hulme.
The house features a drive for off road parking and you can also apply for a permit to park on the road too. It has a large kitchen, separate living room, two bathrooms and a small garden.

Bills cost £150 per month

Move in date is fairly flexible as I plan to move out before the 20th May. This is just the date rent is paid.

We are a chilled, friendly bunch. We often hang out together, chatting in the kitchen and watching tv together in the evenings. We have a range of hobbies from going to gigs, hiking, climbing, yoga, cooking, eating out and travelling. We all love a good holiday!

We are looking for a new housemate to join our friendly, clean home. I look forward to hearing from you :)
