I have a double bedroom available in my house on Dorset Avenue (M14) from 27th February. It’s a quiet, leafy residential street, but still close to the shops and bus routes in Rusholme and Fallowfield.

The house is a Victorian terrace that has been recently updated. You’d be sharing with just one other person, so it’s a calm, tidy home rather than a busy house share.

The Space:

• The Room: The double bedroom shown in the photos. It’s bright, well-sized, and ready to move into.

• The House: Shared lounge with wooden floors and a new TV, a modern bathroom with a rainfall shower, and a clean, functional kitchen.

• Garden: Private walled yard at the back—perfect for a bit of outdoor space.
