I've recently made an offer on a new flat, so only looking to rent for a maximum 4 month contract initially.
That said happy to give you first option if they want to rent a room in the new flat (it's only a 5 minute walk and can share more details if you're interested). By the way I'm only looking to sell once I've bought the new place, so you shouldn't be disturbed by viewings.

Note I've put the amount without bills as most ads seem to be, but prefer to include for simplicity and would be £725.

Looking for someone to share my flat with me. It's quite a large 2 bedroom flat, and room has its own bathroom. It's a basement flat just to note as well.

I typically work in the office during the week, as I prefer to separate my work & home like plus it means I avoid temptations at home! I like baking and happy to share anything I make. In my spare time I enjoy cinema, live events, hiking, sports and anything food related.
