He also has a well-behaved cat called Noir that’s nice to have around. Noir doesn’t shed, isn’t messy and isn’t allowed in the bedroom you’ll be renting.

Genuinely sad to be leaving as it’s a great flat — only moving because I’ve just bought a house.
