Hi! My flatmate is moving out to live with her boyfriend, and I’m looking for someone to take over her en-suite room from the end of may until the end of November. So it’ll be a six month tenancy!

We’ve lived here for a year and a half and have really made it a proper home, so I’m hoping to find someone who’d like the same.

The flat is right in Manchester city centre, with a spacious shared living area and a great en-suite bedroom. You’d be living with me – I’m a friendly, easygoing nurse who enjoys a mix of busy days and chilled evenings at home. I’m down for most things tbf :))

The rent is £759.50, normally we pay around £150-200 in bills including the council tax. The building also has a gym, coffee machine and communal areas which are free to access.
