Looking for a friendly, clean female flatmate for a flat on 39th floor of the Blade Tower in deansgate.

The bedroom is a double with private use of the main bathroom which has a bath. The room has an amazing view of the city especially at night and is a corner flat so the living area really is lovely.

I am gutted to be moving out as I love the flat and my flatmate but I unfortunately have to move back home to Yorkshire.

The current flatmate is a lovely girl who is in her second year at uni. She doesn’t enjoy the normal student life and instead likes going out for dinner, coffee, playing tennis and the gym! She is very sociable, friendly and considerate, and likes to keep the flat clean and tidy.

The current tenancy is until 02 June 2026 but there will be the option to renew after this date. I am hoping to move out by 02 April.

Bills are in addition to the rent. The council tax band is D and we usually pay around £200 each in bills incl WiFi, water, electricity and council tax.

The building is lovely, the concierge desk is very helpful and friendly and the facilities including the gym are great.
