Hi! I’m looking for a friendly, reliable working professional to take over the second bedroom in my modern two-bed flat in Ancoats from mid-March 2026. Looking to finalise the flatmate by mid-February at the latest!

The Flat

The apartment is bright, comfortable and well-kept, with:

A fully equipped kitchen with plenty of storage

Two private bathrooms (the available room is not ensuite)

Washer-dryer

Microwave

Access to a small on-site gym

The Room

A good-sized bedroom in a quiet, relaxed home — ideal for someone who works full-time and appreciates a clean, peaceful space.

Tenancy

My current flatmate is moving out at the end of the contract in March, so this would be a new joint tenancy with the letting agency.

Rent and deposit are based on the current agreement and may change slightly once the new contract is issued.

Costs

Rent: £650 pcm

Bills (utilities, Wi-Fi, council tax): approx £200–£250 pcm

Total: around £850–£900 pcm
