The room is situated on the ground floor of a large three bedroom town house. The only other rooms on the ground floor are the garage and storage cupboards so the room that’s available is very private.

The first floor has the living, diner and kitchen all open plan and the top floor has another two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The house itself is within a gated community with communal gardens in Ancoats area of the city centre. It is a 15 min walk to Piccadilly Station and 5 minutes to the popular cutting room square, pure gym, Aldi etc.

The room is furnished with ottoman bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside tables. The Garage is used as a work out/storage area, washing machine and extra fridge freezer.

Bills are included and there is Netflix and Virgin Media set up in the living room with super fast WiFi.

The owners of the property are a couple and George is Cabin Crew so works away a lot. Will works in HR, from home and the office. We are a sociable pair and enjoy having a laugh and a drink but also down time so similar would suit.

We have a small Alaskan Klee Kai dog who is very cute and well behaved so a dog lover or liker is a must. He is very clean and cuddly and is probably the USP of the house. There are no dog smells in the house whatsoever.

All we ask is that you treat the house as your home and clean up after yourself. We have a cleaner also for communal areas who comes twice a month.

Six weeks notice required for vacating the room.
