We are looking for a housemate to join our lovely 3 bed, 1.5 bathroom house.

The location is great; Piccadilly station, Oxford Road, Man Met, Uni of Manchester, and MRI are a short walk away. NQ and Ancoats are close too.

The living room is huge, the bathroom and kitchen are pretty new, the kitchen has loads of storage space and 2 fridge-freezers. The house has recently had new carpet throughout and the bedroom available is a nice, bright, fully furnished double room. There is also a south-facing garden is great for BBQs (or pretending you’re on holiday).

About us:

You’ll be living with a nurse and a masters student, both in their 20s. It's a relaxed vibe, and everyone pulls their weight without needing a rota. We’d like to keep it feeling like a home rather than a bootcamp.

We are looking for a female housemate who would be a good fit for the house; friendly, mindful of others, and able to communicate like an adult if something needs a convo.

The room:

Fully furnished double with a huge wardrobe space, desk (with storage), chair, a kallax unit, and a comfy double bed. Perfect for working from home or just having a nice space to relax.
