Central Line also from Leytonstone or Wanstead. Walk to Wanstead through beautiful Wanstead park in under 30 mins

Live in Landlady. Love a BBQ. and having drinks with friends ion the weekend. you will have full use of Lounge with Sky TV/netflix/AppleTV and Prime video and fast WIFI and use of the garden, patio and BBQ area.

Quiet in the week as work 9-5 so would suit some one with a typical day working pattern. This house is NOT suitable for a full time WFH user as I work in the garden office and do not heat the house in the day in the winter
