Hey!
We are 3 young professionals looking for an extra housemate to sign the contract with us for the next 6 months.
Currently living in the house is myself Caitlin, I’m 28 and a photographer from Guernsey. Clara, who is also a photographer from Germany and is 27. And Niccolo who is 33, who works in Civil Services from Italy.
We have lived together for a number of years in Manor Park in our beautiful house and would love someone to join us for dinner parties and summer bbq’s.
We are looking for someone who is clean, friendly and generally a nice person.
The spacious double bedroom is downstairs and south facing so it gets the sun all day and the double doors head straight out in the garden. It comes with a double bed and a wardrobe. The kitchen, downstairs toilet and bathroom have recently been refurbished so everything is brand new. There is also a basement for extra storage. The kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine, big fridge freezer and induction hob and oven.
We are an 8 minute walk from Manor Park station which takes you to Stratford and Liverpool Street. We are also a 7 minute walk to Woodgrange Park overground station which takes you north via Black Horse road.
Rent is £588 with bills, a credit check will need to be done with the landlord which costs about £25 and a deposit sent over of £650. THERE ARE NO ESTATE AGENCY FEES as we are with a private landlord.
The room is available immediately - otherwise the move in date is 1st February.
Looking forward to meeting you!
Caitlin, Clara & Niccolo.
