I own the property, live in but not always in London. The place is clean, quiet and I’m looking for someone similar, my preference is for meat not to be cooked in the flat also, a veggie/vegan would be great but not a dealbreaker.
Would probably suit someone who doesn’t usually wfh.

I’m 53yo, young energy, healthy lifestyle, into all things arty, member of most art galleries if you fancy seeing an exhibition for free!

I do a few bodywork sessions each month (approx 4) in the living room, so ideally I’d have the flat to myself for that. They’re usually in the daytime
