Single room to rent in manor Park, near amenities and very good transport links . Stations which are close are Eastham station, Elizabeth line, and overground are all close enough to walk and approximately a 10 minute walk.. Bus stop is 1 minutes walk away. Very quiet household with no children. Shared shower, shared kitchen and dining room for meals. We are very friendly and hospitable.

Room contains a bed, cupboard and side table with a window overlooking the garden. Fan will be provided for the summer months. A toilet is also adjoining the room, and will be used mainly by occupant. Carpet is clean and fairly new and the toilet has been recently refurbished.

References, work details and dbs must be provided and minimum contract of 1 year is essential. This is a Muslim household therefore no pork or alcohol is preferred. I have been told by the recent occupant that the room is larger than it seems in the images. Viewings on evenings after 4.30 or weekends anytime.
