the move in date is as soon as you can—the last girl couldn’t pass referencing checks so fell through today :,)

the rent is £980 before bills, and is unfurnished

the nearest station is Manor Park for liz line (10 min walk), which is about 10 mins away from Stratford

this room comes with its own bathroom/shower, and has a shared living room and kitchen with us. there’s also a large patio area outside but the recent weather’s overgrown it! but happy to press the landlord to sort out (he has quickly done so when asked in the past)
