I am subletting a room in a two bedroom flat while my flatmate is travelling.
The room is spacious with a huge closet.
There is also a big living room to share.

The flat is in Marchmont, right next to the Meadows and Summerhall. There are plenty of cafes, shops and grocery stores nearby.

I am a 31 year old postgraduate student finishing up some work during the summer. In my spare time I enjoy martial arts and dancing.
I prefer to live with a female or lgbtq+ identified person.

Rent is £700 per month including bills (or £175 per week).
