Hello, I'm looking for a new flatmate in my lovely apartment in southside! Its recently renovated, has double glazed windows, a dishwasher, beautiful views of the Craigs! Also a lovely landlord, and a quiet neighborhood that is very central!

Rent is 600, Bill's are approx 40. I'm looking for a student preferably due to council tax. Also if vegan or veggie would need to be comfortable with meat being cooked in the house.

About myself: I'm a 23 year old british Canadian, currently studying my masters in art psychotherapy. I love to climb, go on hikes, play guitar, wild swim and have a good chat:) I also love to cook and try making new things (currently in a homemade kombucha and kefir phase) as well as sharing meals with friends!

I'm looking for someone who I can vibe well with and create a wee flat community with, as well as someone who is clean and takes their responsibility in maintaining the flat! It's not a party flat but definitely up for having friends over, hosting dinners, art nights, etc! I also host the occasional life drawing so hope you'll be okay with thay too:)! Overall looking for a good balance of privacy and community💗
