Hello! Our lovely housemate Tamsin is moving out of Edinburgh at the end of the month so we are looking for someone to join us in our 4 bed house share in marchmont from the 1st May.
You'll be living with Flo, Will, and Kate, a postdoc, professional, and PhD student, aged 35, 25, and 29. At the moment the flat is calm and friendly, with everyone doing their own thing but often hanging out to watch some tv or going on the occasional pub trip. Ideally we'd like someone we get along with to slot into this set up, who treats the house like home rather than a crashing place.
The house is clean and tidy, has one bathroom between us, and a separate kitchen and living room with lots of storage space. The advertised room is the smallest in the flat (though still a double!) so comes with an additional box room with a large wardrobe and desk space. Rent is £560, plus bills and council tax.
Looking for people of a similar age to us, and women preferred to keep things even (not a definite requirement if you're friendly and nice though), and you must be a professional or postgrad willing to pay council tax.
If you think you'd be a good fit drop us a message telling us a bit about yourself and what you are looking for and we will arrange viewings in the next week or two!
