Im offering a 4-6 week short term sublet in a beautiful 2 floor house in Margate (right next to Dreamland🎡) whilst im away for the summer travelling. I will be back mid september and moving back in :)

Minimum 1 month stay with possibility to extend a couple extra weeks if desired.
£650 is bills included for 4 weeks only. For 5-6 weeks I will have to charge more.

Double room - furnished - bath as well! - sharing with 1 female working professional :) - seperate bathroom with shower - fully kitted out kitchen - living room with tv.

5 minute walk from Margate railway station.

Surrounded by plenty of restaurants, bars, shops, pubs etc.
