Friendly quiet vegan flatshare in light, centrally located flat 5 min walk from King’s Cross/St Pancras. NW1. Rent includes bills and at present fortnightly cleaner. Easy walk to UCH, UCL, Great Ormond St, St Martin’s, Bloomsbury, Camden. Two balconies, lots of light, beautiful views across London and greenery, not overlooked, big windows (1950 art deco/modernist), clean and tidy, recently redecorated. Shared well-equipped kitchen, WC, bath with shower over. Washing machine, dryer, wifi, good amount of storage space, plenty of bookshelves. Lift. Communal vegetable garden. A community hall that can be hired for 10 quid for any events. Secure. One reasonable single bedroom and one big double available. Both rooms contain a desk, wardrobe, chest of drawers, single/double bed respectively, set of shelves. Who is here now? I am a female professor. I actually live and work elsewhere these days (I used to live here when I previously worked full time in London) but will now be there only around three nights a week because I am on a part-time research project at the British Library for the next 5 years. This means that you will mainly share with one other person. I have a small very cute dog, so someone who likes dogs and perhaps works some of the time from home and will enjoy her company would be good. Couple considered for slight increase in rent in which case I'll readvertise the single as a M-F. All bills included. Non-smoking. Only over 40s please. Only veggie or vegan please.
