Hi I’m Danny
My house is a cool spacious 3 double bed mid terrace home with parking and a big garden. Bedrooms are a nice size with shared shower bathroom . I live on the outer ring of middlesborough in Ormesby so you can walk to the country side in 10 minutes which is the north Yorkshire moors . I have easy access to the a174 to Redcar and Middlesborough is 4 miles away. James Cook hospital is a 15/20 minute walk. Whitby is a 40min drive. I will only be at the house around 25 percent of the year as my work is all over the uk. Ideally I’m looking for a contractor or someone who’s happy to share the house with use of the spare room between us. It would best suit someone working in surrounding area part of the week and using the house as a base. I’m hoping to find someone respectful of my personal stuff as the house has had a lot of work done to it . I’m early 40s pretty easy going.
