The Room: A large bedroom with a king-size bed and a desk set-up which is ideal for working form home. The room is spacious, clean and bright and with plenty of storage too.

The House: We have 3 floors, consisting of:

2 large bathrooms and toilets. With space in the bathroom to leave your shampoos etc.

1 spacious living room, kitted our with a sofa, an arm chair, big TV and a dining table.

A large garden where you can store items and a bicycle. There is also a BBQ in the garden.

A utilities room with a brand new and very quiet washing machine.

The kitchen with all the usual things. You’ll have your own cupboard and we have lots of plates, cutlery, pots and pans to share.

The property is situated on a quiet residential road.

Transport:
It is a 10 minute walk from the nearest tube station Bounds Green (zone 3) on the Piccadilly Line, with the night tube running on Friday and Saturday nights. Local bus stops are also near the tube station on the main road.
A 30 minute cycle to Central London

Local Amenities:
5 minute walk away to a Tesco Express. A 10-15 minute walk away from a big Lidl, Morrissons and a Sainsbury's.
There is a lovely quiet canal walk a five minute walk away too.

Rent and Bills:
Deposit of one month’s rent is payable to the current tenants who live in the property: £350
Rent: £350PCM payable on the 28th of each month, one month in advance.

Bills: Around £50 per month.
This includes: council tax, gas and electric, water, internet and T. V license.

Who are we?

We are three friends who are excited to welcome someone into our new home. We, as tenants own all the furniture in the house etc and are looking to enjoy a quiet, respectful house-share.

We are all pretty respectful of each other too and generally keep the house clean and tidy and are quiet in the evenings etc but all have a natter in the kitchen too. A place to relax and to socialise. There is a really good balance here.

Coronavirus Plans:
There are two bathrooms so if one person needs to self-isolate away from the rest this is doable. We also have two fridges, a spare gas-stove, and will support each other if anyone falls ill. We are currently all very healthy and working from home.
