It is a cozy and vibe space, ideal for musician as there are instruments like electric percussion, drums (djembe, darbuka), keyboard, climbs, bells etc. but will fit any other good person! No problems with rehearsing or recording, Room is fully furnished.
Stores around like off-licence, veggie shop within 5 minutes walking, gas station 3 minutes walking. Big shops like- Sainsbury 10 min walking, Waitrosse, Poundland, Boots 7 minutes away, plenty of restaurants serving take aways.

The house itself is clean and modern, spacious and full equipped kitchen with dining area, living room with projector and terrace so plenty, plenty of space. You will be living with bunch ( 3 other flatmate) of lovely and positive people, always up for chats but respecting space and privacy as well.

This is a great space for someone like minded, looking for a safe, and peaceful place to focus on it's things or just chill.
