It's a two-bed flat (sharing with me), and the room available is a double room. The flat was renovated recently, and whilst the room itself isn't huge it has plenty of storage space. There's a wardrobe, bedside cabinet, over bed cupboards, and the bed is an ottoman so storage underneath as well. There is also a wall-mounted smart tv. The room doesn't have room for a desk so wouldn't suit someone who needs to work from home a lot. There is also a massive garage, which whilst in a bit of a mess currently has plenty of storage space you would have access to for a few small items e. g. for a bike. The flat also has a washer-dryer, dishwasher, fibre broadband, and smart tv. Apart from the parks nearby, Alexandra Palace, which also has the best views of London, is not too far away.

It's on a v quiet road, with parks nearby and brilliant transport links: Arnos Grove underground station and New Southgate rail station.

Accessibility: The flat is on the first floor, and unfortunately there is no lift

I'm a 36-year-old cis queer man, working in human rights. I do various bits of volunteer work and lefty activism. I'm looking for someone occasionally up for a chat and, but not living in each other's pocket. Of course, the usual applies about having your own space. I'm not obsessed with cleaning, but I'm fairly house proud so looking for someone who'll respect the space. My aging years mean I like more of a chill vibe at home, so it wouldn't suit someone looking for a party vibe.
