Monday to Friday Let only. I am a Resident landlord and a retired health worker. I am looking for a person who needs a place in London during the week and works in office or similar. The room would suit mature professional person who appreciates period features in a peaceful cul-de-sac. Shared kitchen with me. My son visits once a week for evening meal - a quiet house overall.

Double size room (approx 4.5m x 3 metres) with small double bed, wardrobe, desk, easy chair, plenty of storage. The Room opens on to small patio leading on to small garden.

I am Ok with the very occasional weekend but please don't contact me if you need every weekend.

Several buses nearby to several Underground stations that serve Piccadilly and Victoria lines. Nearest bus stop for W7 is 4 mins away which is excellent bus service to Finsbury Park.
Highgate Tube on Northern line is 20 minutes walk.
Nearest Rail station is Alexandra Palace which is 15 to 20 mins walk.

Lots of green open space nearby to walk and exercise in. Alexandra Palace Park and Queens Woods both 5 minutes walk away. It is considered to be one of the safer areas in London and streets are well lit at night
