We are two friendly females in our 40s and we're looking for someone who'd like to live with us in a big 3 bedroom house with a nice big garden in a leafy snd quite street. The bedroom is spacious and bright.

We also have a sweet and very playful cat who starts purring at you when you play with her! Maybe she was a dog in a previous life...

There's more than enough space not to feel on top of each other, and plenty of space to socialise and be together when we wish to, for the occasional dinner, film night or a BBQ in our lovely garden.

Ideally you'll be friendly, clean and respectful of people's boundaries as well as communal living. We're not obsessive with cleaning but we'd like to keep the place clean as we go.

The rent is £700 pcm plus bills. Bills roughly come to £150 each on average (this is as an estimate, in winter months they may go up, and in summer months they'll be a bit lower).

One month deposit (negotiable). Payslips and bank statements required.
We'd like a females only houseshare. Cis/trans females/non-binary welcome.
