Hello !
My flatmate is moving out in August,- and i am looking for someone to take her place and sign a contract for a year.

The apartment is spacious, and is walking distance to bounds green (Picc line) and Alexandra palace station and park.

Im 24 and work at a tech company, i love playing tennis, travelling, cooking etc. the person would have to be working at least part time and willing to sign a year long contract with our landlord.

I am looking for someone clean and sociable, who would enjoy various activities like going out for a drink, doing sports together. I also don't mind bringing people over, and would expect the same etc.

The room has a desk and a chair. Wardrobe / furniture is also included. Bills are not included but usually cost around 150£ with council tax.
