I have a small single bedroom to let. Zone 3, close to Bounds Green Station. Suits a busy person, student or someone on a budget.

The room is 180cm wide and 280cm long, so not a giant, and the house does not have a living room.
There is a high sleeper bed which gives more living space. It's possible to use a desk with a chair etc. The room is freshly painted and with new furniture.

£470 all bills (energy, water, gas, wi-fi) and council tax included, also cleaning of shared areas by a cleaner. Payable in advance every month.

Female strongly preferred, it's a tiny room but offers a lot of space due to the bunk bed.

The cat is no longer in the house! :)
