Gorgeous flat in Muswell Hill! I am looking for two new flatmates to takeover the tenancy from my lovely flat mates who are sadly leaving. The flat is bright and cosy, with a communal living room and spacious kitchen.

Both rooms are spacious doubles with lots of light, one on the first floor, with built in wardrobe and sofa (£770) and one slightly larger room on the second floor with wardrobe, desk and more storage (£800)

I am a freelance professional but I spend lots of time out the house working, but when I am home I'm happy to be social and am always up for a chat! Other than that the flat is a really clean tidy place and id like to keep it that way!

For transportation, I am someone who lime bikes everywhere so I find it easy to get around from the house, a 10 minute cycle from Finsbury Park/Highgate/Holloway Road. Alternatively the bus is 5 mins to Bounds Green (Piccadilly Line) or 10 mins to Highgate (Northern Line) and there are also regular busses (43,138) that connect the house very well!

We are council tax band D and bills usually add up to £80-£100 a month.
