We have a lovely ensuite double up for rent in our 3 bedroom penthouse flat . The room will be thoroughly cleaned before a new move in. You will be living with my husband and I, both full time working professionals.

The room is based in Colindale, within Colindale Gardens, a new build development with lots of open green spaces, and very family friendly. The room is available from 1st April, up until 1st August. (Happy to be flexible for a few days up or down!)

Rent - £1100 all included. Deposit is also £1100, refundable on the day, before you leave.

The room- Fully furnished, with a double bed, floor to ceiling wardrobes, drawers, your own fridge and microwave, study table and chair. Theres is also underfloor heating. The bathroom is pretty large, with a waterfall shower.

Location- 7 mins walk to Colindale station, 17 min walk to Burnt Oak, direct bus to Hendon Central , all on the Northern line. Bus to Kingsbury as well for Jubilee line. Middlesex Uni is a 15 min walk, or 5 min bus ride away. There's a Sainsburys, Co-op, Costa, Wenzels all outside the development. 24 hour Asda, Morrisons, M&S and Aldi about 10 min walk away or accessible by bus. There are numerous gyms close to the property as well, or you could just go for a walk or run around the development and enjoy the summer and open spaces!

The flat is on the top floor, so no thumping and jumping above your head! The kitchen is shared, with an electric hob, oven, your own unit space. There is also a washing machine and ironing board that you are free to use. There is a lift as well, so you dont need to be climbing stairs to get to the 6th floor!

This would suit anyone, professionals, or students. My husband and I have been renting out our spare room for the last 10 years, and have made some lovely friendships with our tenants.

Bills are all included. This isn't a party house unfortunately, but of course you are welcome to come and go as you please. Open communication and trust is really important to us.
