The room and flat
The room is a furnished double. The flat is modern and spacious with plenty of natural light. You’ll share an open-plan kitchen and living area and the bathroom with me. Bills are split on top of the rent.
The building
The building has a 24-hour concierge, so parcels are never missed, and maintenance is handled on site by award-winning management.
Location
Brent Cross West station is a 3-minute walk away, and from there it’s 12 minutes to King’s Cross St Pancras. Brent Cross Shopping Centre, with all the high-street brands, is a 10-minute walk. The building is surrounded by acres of new parkland for running, cycling or relaxing.

I’m a working professional. I’m tidy, easy-going and friendly, and I respect people’s space.
Who I’m looking for
A single working professional who is a non-smoker, clean, considerate and easy to live with. You’d be someone who is happy to chat now and then and also values their own space. The room isn’t suitable for couples.
Lodger arrangement
This is a lodger room, not a tenancy. I live in the flat and we’ll share the kitchen, living area and bathroom, so you’d be my lodger under a written lodger licence agreement. The Renters’ Rights Act 2025 tenancy rules (assured periodic tenancies and grounds for possession) don’t cover lodgers who live with the person letting the room. Either of us can end the arrangement by giving one month’s notice.
